We transform fresh, organic fruits and veggies into handy single-serving meal moments such as instant smoothies, delicious gum drops, and hearty bowls.

**Job Overview**

We are a fast growing B-Corp company who strongly believes every single kencko-er we hire is a key part of our shared success. We are now seeking a full-time Fulfillment Shift Leader to be a part of the team in our Lisbon-Marvila office. This position requires teamwork, good organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective leadership skills. **Portuguese residents only.**

**Main Goals**

Organize and oversee the Fulfillment team's daily tasks to ensure our members' unique kencko orders are filled appropriately and on time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the necessary headcount and resources to accommodate seasonality and team members' time-off
- Partner with the Operations Manager to ensure process optimization
- Ensure every order fulfilled follows the established quality standards
- Perform quality checks on the incoming stock
- Identify and report quality issues
- Prepare and customize member orders
- Optimize timings of order processing
- Perform quality control and prepare orders for shipping
- Manually count inventory items to verify accuracy on a regular basis
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe working area
- Comply with all HACCP requirements
- Other tasks and responsibilities upon request

**Experience You Bring**
- 1+ years' shift management in the retail or hospitality/food industry
- Ability to lift up 18 kgs
- Comfortable wearing protective equipment (uniform, plastic gloves, hair net, food industry shoes) and removing jewelry while in the workplace, as well as maintaining short nails/no polish and light make-up
- Eager and fast learner
- Ability to laugh at yourself and the small day to day things
- Excellent level of spoken and written English
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Ability to work in our Montijo warehouse office, 4 days a week
- Flexibility to work in shifts (AM - 8h to 15h30; PM - 15h30 to 23h)
