TRANSITION.- #OGJS**Responsibilities**.- Payroll calculation- To collect and prepare the payroll elements; have them submitted for processing in the payroll system (Moneris) and check if all has been processed and calculated in a compliant and correct manner
- Prepare all required documentation for Supervisor and local Management to approve the monthly payroll payment
- To issue gross-net calculations
- To prepare payroll audit documents and participate in reviews with internal and external Auditors and Finance
- To reconcile on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis all ledger accounts impacted by the payroll
- To prepare the wage tax, social security, and pension instructions and payment for the finance department
- Actively engage in process developments
- Stay up to date on any labor or fiscal legislative changes and pro-actively use this information
- Compensation and Benefits- Prepare HeadCount reporting
- Act as a focal point for all absence registration and reporting
- Act as a focal point for pension administration and reporting
- Act as a focal point for insurance administration and reporting
- Request payroll and C&B-related purchase orders

**Job Requirements.**
- Good level of English
- Good level of Excel
- Good knowledge of Portuguese labor and tax law
- Knowledge of Primavera preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar position
- Proven knowledge on payroll processes
- Very organized, accurate, conscientious, and rigorous
- Ability to work independently
- Team player, flexible, service-oriented
- Analytical minded
- Respect for confidentiality of all information, diplomatic
- Compliance
- Respect of deadlines
