We are currently looking for a Processes Analyst/ITSM Consultant to join our team.

**Location**: Hybrid, Lisbon.

**Required skills**:

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar;
- Up to 9 years of experience as a Processes Analyst/ITSM Consultant;
- Solid experience using BPMN (2.0) and EPC;
- Solid experience in ITSM (process transition/implementation);
- Professional certification in ITIL4;
- Experience in project management;
- Experience in the direct communication with stakeholders;
- Experience in continuous improvement and Agile process optimization;
- Flexibility and Proactivity;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
