**Your key missions will notably include**:

- Help to define the short and long term customer's activation strategy with the aim of achieving business goals;
- Identify gaps and optimise processes based on the brands you work with;
- Upskill Danone's business to ensure the customer is at the centre of the company's plans for each of the brands; work closely with the Local Activation Teams;
- Develop, implement and analyse shopper marketing initiatives at the point of sale, being responsible for the entire process and for meeting timings.

Coordinate and control Danone's in-store linear by monitoring internal KPI's for visibility and return on sales.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve the best results and execution at the point of sale.
- Ensure effective POS delivery for the sales team;
- Develop and follow up the correct implementation of shop activation campaigns with external providers such as agencies, promoters, etc.

About you
For you to succeed in this position, we believe that it is positive to have:
Degree in Management, Economics or similar.
At least 2/3 years of experience in Trade, Category Management or similar
Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
Strong drive for results attitude is required.
Proactivity, looking for new opportunities, taking initiative and problem-solving attitude required.
Good analytical and creative skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills needed.
