- Proven experience in implementing and managing Change Advisory Boards;
- . Indepth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools;
- Knowledge of ServiceNow environment;
- Experience in servicenow report and dashboard customization;
- Enjoy working in an international and crossfunctional team;
- Excellent negotiation skills. Responsibilities: Design and optimize Change Advisory Board processes within the organization;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish CAB governance structures, charters, and operating procedures;
- Ensure that CAB processes align with industry best practices and organizational objectives;
- Develop and execute communication plans related to change initiatives, ensuring transparency and understanding among stakeholders.
