CANDIDATO
- Implementação de procedimentos de Recursos Humanos de acordo com as políticas da Empresa;
- Promover skills de melhoria e eficiência na organização e nos processos;
- Desenvolvimento e gestão do plano de carreira;
- Ser o responsável pela administração do e-learning e de toda a informação e gestão da formação;
- Analisar KPI’s;
- Fornecer apoio aos managers e funcionários da organização;
- Garantir conformidades nos reports e legislação laboral;
- Fornecer backup em tarefas administrativas de Recursos Humanos.

**Perfil**:

- Mestrado ou Pós-Graduação em Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas similares;
- Experiência prévia em Recursos Humanos, preferencialmente em multinacional;
- Conhecimento das diversas atividades, processos e procedimentos de RH;
- Conhecimentos da legislação laboral portuguesa, processo de payroll e obrigações legais;
- Experiência em sistemas de Informação de Recursos Humanos (Workday é uma mais-valia), ferramentas do Office (proficiência em Excel e PowerPoint);
- Fluência em Português e Inglês.
