As Program Manager you are actively engaged and contributing to strategic programs and projects that lead Siemens to a data-driven company. You are taking over important activities in programs and projects, from typical project management activities like budgeting, planning to overarching steering activities. Beyond that, you are focusing on implementing strategic tasks that align these programs with our long-term mission and strategy. You will be closely integrated with core activities within the organization and drive the constant change management processes.

Constant exchange with major stakeholders is key. Creating a working environment in various virtual organizations to make your colleagues and teams successful is something you are constantly striving for.

**Your problem-solving mindset creates real business value. This is your role.**
- You are part of an international data analytics team with diverse backgrounds that accelerates Siemens internal digitalization.
- You drive major projects and programs by proactively identifying customer demand and supporting Siemens on its way to becoming a data-driven company. The mission and goals of the organization will always be your focus. You will also support innovation and adoption in the central analytics ecosystem by organizing and running workshops.
- You are managing teams with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities in different virtual organizations.
- You actively drive important project-related activities (budgeting, planning, risk mitigation, reporting,) managing the triangle of time, effort and quality.
- Be a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team.

**We are looking for**:
**Use your skills to move the world forward.**
- A university degree in IT, Engineering, Economics, Management, Leadership or related
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management or Leadership roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution mindset
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done
- You understand cloud-native technologies and platforms as well as data analytics and AI-related software development.
- Proven experience with project management tools and methodologies
- You are a real team player
- Very good command of English
- German is a plus
- Fluency in other languages is a plus
