Join the Wolfpack as a Business Analyst (Hybrid - Porto)

What skills do you need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on web projects.
- Proficiency in web technologies, including front-end and back-end development principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Familiarity with web development tools and platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management are advantageous.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for web projects.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed web projects.
- Create detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
- Collaborate with development and design teams to ensure the technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in project planning and estimation, providing input on scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user feedback.
- Track and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements.
- Stay updated with web technologies, trends, and best practices.
