**What are we building?**:
We are looking for a **Product Marketing expert** who understands the SaaS landscape inside and out and has a passion for delivering measurable impact, to join our growing team in Porto.

This person should be skilled in end-to-end campaign management, content strategy, and data analysis to continually optimize engagement and adoption efforts.

**What will you do?**:

- ** Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns**: Lead product marketing campaigns from planning to execution, including new product launches and feature updates, focusing on driving adoption and engagement.
- ** Develop Product Marketing Initiatives**: Create and implement strategies to increase product usage, enhance customer engagement, and ensure long-term retention by highlighting product value.
- ** Content Briefing & Direction**: Prepare comprehensive briefs and guide content creators (copywriters, designers) to ensure all content communicates the product’s value proposition effectively and aligns with the overall business strategy.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**:Work closely with other teams across the company to align marketing efforts with product development and business objectives. Ensure cohesive communication of product benefits across all touchpoints.
- ** Performance Measurement & Optimization**:Analyze and measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies, making data-driven adjustments to optimize product adoption and engagement.
- ** Campaign Management**: Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, on time, and meet defined objectives.
- ** Stay Informed on Market Trends**: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions, using these insights to refine and enhance our marketing strategies continuously.

- ** Proven Product Marketing Experience**: Demonstrated experience in Product Marketing, ideally within a SaaS environment, with a solid track record of driving adoption and engagement.
- ** Performance-Driven Approach**:Ability to combine creative marketing approaches with data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- ** Content Supervision Skills**:Skilled in creating detailed briefs and guiding content teams, ensuring all marketing assets meet high standards and align with product objectives.
- ** Project & Campaign Management**: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, collaborate across teams, and deliver high-quality results on time.
- ** Collaboration & Communication**: Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset, capable of aligning efforts across product, sales, customer success, and partnerships teams.
- ** Product Marketing Enthusiasm**: Passionate about Product Marketing, with a continuous curiosity to stay informed on industry trends and innovative strategies.
