A Konica Minolta é uma multinacional japonesa com uma mentalidade de start-up. Apesar de termos mais de 100 anos no mercado mundial estamos em constante desenvolvimento e evolução. Hoje trabalhamos em soluções de Printing e Software. Neste momento, estamos a reforçar a nossa equipa com um/a Junior Technical Manager, para alocar ao nosso cliente.

O que vais fazer:

- Identificação e sugestão de soluções em conjunto com clientes, parceiros e equipas de pré-venda/comercial;
- Realização de demonstrações de produtos e serviços comercializados pela empresa;
- Configuração dos serviços dos clientes nos sistemas de informação internos;
- Ponto de contacto entre clientes, equipas internas e fornecedores externos para garantir a implementação bem-sucedida das soluções contratadas;
- Elaboração e entrega de documentação técnica das soluções aos clientes e às equipas de suporte.

Aquilo que esperamos de ti:

- Background académico na área das Tecnologias de Informação (ou similar);
- Experiência de, pelo menos, 1 ano em áreas de operações, suporte ou implementação de rede;
- Conhecimentos de routing (static routing, NAT), switching (VLAN, trunks), firewalls (regras, VPN), VoIP;
- Conhecimentos de redes estruturadas, instalação de equipamentos, sistemas operativos (Windows, Linux), redes wi-fi, gestão de projetos (plus);
- Conhecimentos em configuração de equipamentos dos fabricantes Mikrotik, Yealink e Yeastar (plus);
- Capacidade para configurar e despistar incidentes em equipamentos de redes;
- Bons conhecimentos de inglês;
- Boas competências ao nível da comunicação e relação interpessoal;
- Proatividade, dinamismo e motivação para aprender;
- Capacidade de gestão de tempo e cumprimento de timings de entrega;
- Orientação para os objetivos;
- Boa capacidade de trabalho em equipa.
