A Kelly está a recrutar um(a) **HR Specialist** para empresa do setor da **energia**, localizada na região de Lisboa. Este profissional irá atuar tanto em tarefas administrativas de RH como de formação e desenvolvimento.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Gerir processos de recrutamento e seleção;
- Garantir conformidade com as normas legais e políticas internas;
- Apoiar nos processos de admissão, rescisão e mobilidade interna de colaboradores;
- Identificar necessidades de formação e desenvolvimento;
- Colaborar na implementação e execução de processos de avaliação de desempenho;
- Colaborar em estratégias de atração de talentos.
**Requisitos**:
- Formação Académica Superior em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia e/ou áreas similares;
- Experiência profissional mínima de 3 anos em funções generalistas de Recursos Humanos (e.g. Payroll, legislação, recrutamento, formação e desenvolvimento);
- Boa capacidade de comunicação;
- Sólidos conhecimentos de inglês (falado e escrito).
