- Responsibilities_
- _Drive revenue for our client by supporting scalable sales programs across a variety of direct clients and agencies_
- _Drive product adoption and educate clients and agencies in a scalable fashion_
- _Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service_
- _Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic services and programs_
- _Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services._
- _LATAM Native (Spanish)_
- _Working hours from 3pm to 00am_
- _Will work local bank holidays and not work the bank holidays of the country being supported_
- _Training to be done in office_
- _
- Preferred Requirements:_
- _Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study_
- _Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and mobile marketing that includes digital advertising on a self-serve platform, strategies around auction and biddable and creative best practices_
- _Experience working in a sales or account management role_
- _Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals with experience around managing KPIs that derive around revenue, growth rates and being flexible to targets that evolve on a monthly basis_
- _Passion for social media/entertainment marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up_
- _Knowledge of Portuguese (preferrable, but not necessary)_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study_
- _Relevant years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience._
- _Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment._
- _Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist._
- _Excellent communication and presentation skills._
- _A team player and collaborator_
- _Proficient level of Spanish min C1 (LATAM)_
- _This job will request working in a normal shift, Monday to Friday._
