**Job Description** Your contribution to something big**:

- Contribute to the development of global category strategy for responsible categories, definition of sub-category strategy according to RB internal and external requirements;
- Accountable for supplier management & supplier strategy (supplier development or consolidation) formulation;
- Conducts cost analysis and management, annual price negotiations with suppliers, market scouting/analysis, and cost benchmarking;
- Oversees capacity management, contract management, and supply chain risk management;
**Qualifications** What distinguishes you**:
**Experience**: 3-5 years commercial purchasing experience for material field purchasing;
**Education**: Master’s degree, preferably with an engineering background;
**Know How**: Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to manage business relationships with international stakeholders and suppliers; good analytical and negotiation skills;
**Languages**: Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus;
**Working Style and Methods**: Self-motivated, able to cope with difficult situations; team player with flexibility;
**Personality**: Proactivity and adaptability; resilience in challenging situations.
