**Job Description**:
**Your contribution to something big**:
Project manager:
- Lead acquisition team for plant calculations, analyze and optimize acquisition calculations by influencing production processes and product design.
- Be the main interface between development and customer concerning topics related to product design (ME & HW & Testing).
- Manage the implementation of new technologies (SMT-insertion, production processes, assembly sequences, test concepts, test programming, others.) needed for a new product incl. e.g., follow-up on status and higher management involvement on demand
- Drive the cost awareness and requirements management tough simultaneous engineering loops.
- Promote pre-DFT (Design for Testing) and pre DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly);
- Lead benchmarking activities.
- As PO be the Interface for all strategical topics (IPN, allocation, technology planning,) for Show and Sense products towards AE-central, AE-plant and XC-CT management.
- Lead acquisition team for plant calculations, analyze and optimize acquisition calculations by influencing production processes and product design.

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:
- +7 year of experience in master’s in industrial Engineer, master’s in business management Engineer, master’s in electronic and computer engineer, master’s in Mechatronics. Manufacturing manager.
