**What you'll do**:

- The main scope of this role is to plan the supply needs and steer its availability of the region assigned to you, so that the right products and the right quantity are available and ordered in the right time.
- Perform analysis to predict potential inventory and service problems
- Work along side the production team to ensure correct supply availability and solve potential bottlenecks
- Work along side with markets teams to showcase possible availability and develop strategies to solve supply or inventory issues if needed
- Become the main point of contact for Countries for all matters related to inventory and service topics
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and evolve supply chain solutions (e.g. Supply Planning tools and processes) that meet business objectives in terms of profitability, service improvement, and business growth.
- Work closely and collaboratively with Operations (Logistics, Production and Procurement) and Country Teams to enhance the efficiency of inventory flow through E2E Emma network.
- Play important role in designing and contributing in S&OP process

**Who we're looking for**:

- You have studied Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business administration, Business informatics or a related field
- You are aware of how to design strategies to meet desired inventory levels
- You know how to balance customer Service KPIs to meet desired Inventory turnover
- You are attracted by new projects and challenges
- You are analytically as well as conceptually strong and have a strong organizational talent
- You have an independent, responsible, and structured way of working and think process-oriented
- You have a high interest in the continuous further development of existing processes
- You are a communicative team player and have good English skills - other foreign language skills are an advantage.
