**About the job**
- The Events Officer is responsible to assist in the planning and execution of events, as well as management of transversal projects
**Your Main Activities Are**
- Assist the Events Manager to implement all activities within the objectives, time frame and budget
- Act as the intermediary between the event and the design teams ensuring implementation of defined design planning
- Research venues and providers and manage all the negotiations throughout the process
- Schedule preparatory meetings, prepare and review documents that are necessary for implementation of the action plan
- Prepare event packs, which include briefing notes, participants lists, logistics or other necessary documents
- Manage the event management tool (invitation, RSVP management, update master file/golden source files), survey tools and event interactive apps
- Assist on the maintenance of common tools/systems and platforms (calendars, logs, invoices, etc.)
- Assist on the analytics stream by execution of reports and event debriefing notes
- Execute the tasks assigned respecting time schedule and deadlines
- Seek proactively to participate and help the team beyond the assigned duties
**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or Events Management
- Fluency in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience with CRM Tools
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to conduct a negotiation and a problem solving mindset
- Ability to develop and adapt processes and to deliver results
**About the Team**
- Within the Company Engagement perimeter, the Central Events Management Team is part of the Central Marketing & Communications Department of BNP Paribas Securities Services. The main responsibility is to organize, within the global scope, the corporate events set as part of the planning comprised in the Marketing and Communications strategy lead. The Events Team provides specialized services in the tactical design and organization of end-to-end events (framing, planning, execution and post-event analysis).
