**NPI Planner & Project Manager**

**Your mission**:
Develop and ensure execution of an integrated multifunctional (Technical, Supply Chain, Financial, Commercial) project plan to deliver all NPI Projects On Time and In Full, within a balanced risk framework, into the market.

Continuous provider of guidance and follow-up on New Product Introduction and portfolio optimization processes, as effective E2E efforts where all functions are required to work together and address the OpCo strategy.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- To support all Project Leaders in the project management to deliver each New Product Introduction (NPI) project on time and in full, with full visibility of risks, into the market;
- Develop & ensures execution of an integrated project plan and timeline across the technical, supply chain, financial and commercial workstreams, according to the Heineken Global Innovation Process (GIP 3.0) - starting at Gate 0 and ending with Gate 6;
- The integrated project plan and timeline will deliver a high level activity plan on the Commercial and Financial workstreams and a detailed plan on the Technical & Supply chain activities, with a focus on showing the interdependencies between all workstreams, responsibilities and effective usage of resources;
- The NPI Planner tracks progress of project activities against the Critical Path Schedule and ensure that deliverables are on track;
- The NPI Planner will develop mitigation & contingency plans with the workstream leaders where activities have a risk to go off-track;
- To highlight risks vs. the plan to the team members and escalate, if needed, to the project leader to resolve issues;
- Lead the readiness checklist prior to Gate reviews & flags risks in the project team meetings;
- Owns the technical base plan for each process. For higher complex technological projects has the backup of Support Functions team;
- Ambassador of the Innovation Process across the organization, acting as role model and coach and guide the multifunctional team to use the process effectively;
- Internal champion of project management principles and new frameworks (e.g. Agile, visual collaboration);
- Collect, update and share the standard documentation as well as book the agenda regarding the governance meetings;
- Drives value through the facilitation of an annual end-2-end SKU Portfolio Optimization process, leading simplification and right-sizing of SKU portfolio based on consumer and customer needs, while allocating resources and reducing complexity intentionally;
- Responsible for monitoring and report progress liaises with broader core team to validate analysis and develop recommendations for portfolio optimization;
- Supports Marketing Managers for new product introduction strategy and portfolio optimization recommendations;
- Provides clear and accurate information on Innovation performance, by measuring/monitoring and analyzing the process relevant KPIs:

- Innovation On Time / In Full (total and per project)
- Innovation Rate (when applicable)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Innovation Process in particular through knowledge sharing within the Heineken NPI Capability Community of Practice;
- Continuous improvement of the Project Management competences in particular through the development of dedicated capabilities and self-learning (e.g. Agile methodologies);
- Initiates, leads, implements, and embeds improvements to Innovation Process and SKU Portfolio Optimization Process and procedures, using the relevant TPM methodologies and tools, either by detecting loss eradication or efficiency improvement opportunities.

**We want you to bring**:

- Bachelor or Master Management, Industrial Management, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering;
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the area, preferably in FMCG industry with experience in one or more of following areas:

- Successful Project Management experience, include management of all aspects and stages of large-scale cross-functional projects;
- Experience in adjacent supply chain / technical roles (Planning/S&OP, Operations, Engineering, Technical expert);
- Experience in adjacent Commercial roles;
- Valued transactional and reporting tools experience (e.g. SAP and BW).
- Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with leaders across the business;
- Knowledge of the Commercial and Supply Chain processes, fully understanding interdependencies.
- Financial understanding and awareness;
- E2E mindset and business oriented;
- Structured with good analytical skills, decision-oriented;
- Pragmatism and ability to convincingly present facts and figures;
- Good communication and influencing skills at senior management level
- Stakeholder management skills (externally with suppliers);
- Able to work in autonomy and when needed cross functionally (team player);
