Qual será a sua missão?
As funções do dia-a-dia são diversas. Atente nos seguintes pontos:
- Controlo de Custos, Margens e deteção de desvios orçamentais;
- Acompanhar o budget e os valores inerentes;
- Intervir ativamente em auditorias financeiras externas;
- Preparar mapas de reporting de indicadores mensais de apoio à gestão;
- Apoiar ativamente atualização dos documentos a emitir e registar (nomeadamente Faturas) de acordo com as dinâmicas e regras estabelecidas internamente;
- Cumprir atividades financeiras de acordo com timings e calendários de fechos;
- Efetuar lançamentos contabilísticos.
Como poderá triunfar?
- Experiência em funções semelhantes ( -/+ 2 anos): Tratando de um perfil Júnior, o pretendido é que possua um conhecimento mínimo de 2 anos na área administrativa/financeira.
- Licenciatura em áreas semelhantes: Para esta posição, deverá ter uma licenciatura na área da Gestão ou semelhantes:
- Conhecimentos avançados de Excel & Power BI: No dia-a-dia, as ferramentas Office serão indispensáveis. Experiência no uso de Excel & Power BI é imperativo. Conhecimentos noutras ferramentas, como PowerPoint, serão valorizados.
- Experiência no uso de sistemas diversos: A área financeira pressupõe sempre do uso de determinados sistemas. Para esta posição, terá de ter experiência no uso de Service Now & SAP;
- Disponibilidade Imediata: O início de funções será para breve pelo que, disponibilidade total e imediata será valorizada;
- Capacidade de Comunicação e Intervenção: Existindo um contacto direto com vários departamentos internos, a comunicação estará muito presente. Deverá ter capacidades e um grande à vontade nesse sentido

- Continuidade: Trata-se de um projeto contínuo, com contrato em regime de Outsourcing;
- Vencimento: 1225€ de Valor Base Mensal & um Subsídio de Alimentação Diário, no valor de 4,77€;
- Horário “Tradicional”:O período de funções será fixo de Segunda a Sexta-feira, das 09h00 às 18h00.
