Triangle Talent Solutions is recruiting a Program Management Office Manager (M/F) to work for a client company, a leader in its sector, in Setúbal.
Functions
- Responsible for leading the PMO incl. resource management and ensuring that it is aligned strategic objectives.
- Provides oversight and governance of all projects to ensure alignment with the PM governance.
- PM related KPIs consolidation, monitoring and development
- Develops and implements project management standards, processes and tools (software).
- Aligns PM capacities together with PGMs.
- Captures and monitors program development related resources (e.g. DCS)
- Organizes and moderates various review meetings like Program, Gate and Lessons Learnt
- Captures and shares project information and best practices.
- Measures and evaluates PMO effectiveness.
Required experience:
- Experience in PMO leadership roles and proven track record establishing and enforcing project governance standards
- Experience in the automotive (supplier) industry
- Experience in developing and implementing Program Management methodologies.
- Experience in international company environment
- Experience in Project management and/or Controlling is a plus
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management or Engineering
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP)
- Fluent in business English (spoken and written) and other languages a plus
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and result-orientation
