**Your Mission**:
Ensures an Excellent Standard of Execution of the company’s strategy for the one Sales, through the job role definition (role responsibilities, tasks and performance kpis) and development priorities for the channel; definition, implementation and maintenance of the required sales competencies, processes and procedures, in line with Global Sales standards.

Leads or contributes on Sales Transformational projects, as Sales Capability expert

**Location**: Vialonga

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Champions the translation of the company & Sales strategy into sales execution, through definition of needed capabilities and resources (processes,, Systems, structure &, competencies)
- Responsible for the alignment between Sales Strategy and all support IT platforms (Back Office, ERP, Front end), ensuring that IT developments are fit for purpose with business needs;
- Builds a Sales Capabilities strategy, and the according implementation plan, aligned with the business needs and in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
- Ensures the dissemination of Heineken cultural change management principles, accross all transformational sales projects
- Owns, develops and implements Local Excellent Execution Programs within Sales, regarding skills, tools, processes and procedures
- Understands and assesses the organization sales capability status and the existing gaps
- Defines and design’s training and development programs for Sales
- Leads and coordinates EOE continuous improvement cycle within the Sales department
- Is an expert on EOE principles and guidelines and their applicability to local sales operations
- Ensures Local Sales Key Performance Indicators are in line with Global Sales Guidelines
- Has working knowledge of strategic, support and sales tools eco-system and can guide their use and development, according to the company’s needs
- Continuous improvement focused on Sales Capabilities for the Sales area, redesigning team processes, systems, ways of working and team structure, focusing on an Excellence in Execution mindset;
- Leads or participates in continuous improvement projects or initiatives, to improve Sales Team results through processes, systems and capabilities that better respond to customer and business needs
- Collaborates with other departments both locally and globally, bridging teams through shared objectives and leveraging experience in benchmark analysis to enhance collaboration
- Ensures Sales changing agility through “State of the art” Change Management programs

**We want you to bring**:

- Degree and / Or Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related area
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales roles and interacting/influencing field teams, team management (preferential),
- Minimum 3 years of experience of lead as project management in the field
- Experience in change management (leading or active participation under transformation projects)
- Experience in providing training & Coaching to field teams
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Stakeholder management;
- Proactive in identifying and solving problems;
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Discipline, impact, influence, energy, ambition and proactivity.
- Portuguese (fluent);
- English (minimum C1)
- Resilience;
