**Função**
- Participar na criação dos planos de integração de novos colaboradores, bem como o seu _follow-up_;
- Participar na identificação das necessidades de formação, bem como na ideação e implementação destes programas e de outras iniciativas de desenvolvimento profissional;
- Garantir a relação com entidades formadoras;
- Desenvolver e/ou ajustar conteúdos de formação internos em diversos formatos;
- Apoiar os _stakeholders_ internos (líderes de unidades de negócio, recrutadores, formadores e formandos);
- Colaborar nas auditorias internas e externas;
- Identificar e apoiar a implementação de ações de melhoria dos processos da área de Recursos Humanos.

- Gosto pela captação, identificação e desenvolvimento de talentos;
- Comunicação: escuta ativa, boa comunicação oral e escrita;
- Bom relacionamento interpessoal;
- Espírito crítico e vontade de contribuir para a solução;
- Orientação para resultados, persistência;
- Área de formação e/ou experiência em: Recursos Humanos, Psicologia Organizacional, Sociologia ou Similares (fortemente valorizado).
