Estamos atualmente a recrutar um **Business Analyst** (M/F) para integrar o nosso departamento de Customer Experience.
**Âmbito**:
Interligação com stakeholders de diferentes departamentos da organização e envolvimento em gestão de projetos, melhoria de processos e análise financeira. O objetivo do Business Analyst é apoiar a organização a operar de uma maneira mais eficiente e eficaz.
**Principais Tarefas**:
- Identificar e Analisar as necessidades da SC Fitness, desenvolvendo soluções para os problemas do negócio
- Realizar de pesquisas de mercado, recolha e análise de dados
- Criar e Implementar planos de negócio
**Perfil**:
- Licenciatura/Mestrado em Gestão, Economia, Matemática, Física ou Engenharia
- Conhecimentos de Pesquisa e Análise de Dados, Ciência de Dados e Estatística (preferencial)
**Competências**:
- Conhecimentos básicos nas ferramentas Office, Teams e Zoom
- Conhecimentos obrigatórios em Excel Avançado, SQL e Power BI
- Conhecimentos em Arc-Gis, R e Python (preferencial)
