**ROLE SUMMARY**:

- PaRK International School is a top-tier international school that aims to guide and inspire students to be happy and successful in their adult lives. While this is an organisation committed to academic excellence, we believe that this is only possible if we are also committed to the personal and professional growth of our staff.- To join our team, at our campus in Alfragide, Lisbon, we are looking for a talented Senior School Management Assistant.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Reporting to the Head of Senior School, the Senior School Assistant is expected to provide general administrative support to the Senior School, assisting with day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth coordination between teachers, parents, students, and other departments.- Assist in the coordination of activities and administrative tasks within the Senior School.
- Provide support to the teaching and associate staff as needed.
- Track and follow up on attendance records.
- Handle incoming calls and messages, assisting with cover requests for illness, trips, and internal or public exams.
- Organize room changes for lessons, meetings, therapies, and special events.
- Provide assistance in monitoring and maintaining student welfare records using relevant software.
- Offer administrative support for academic events, such as parent evenings and parent-teacher meetings.
- Manage the Senior School reception, providing high-quality administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of a busy Reception area.
- Oversee the students’ documentation process (receiving, checking, and organizing paperwork).
- Maintain and update logístical documents (student contacts, departure authorizations, purchases/budget, tours, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Admissions department during the enrollment process (receiving and validating documentation).
- Handle School Insurance documentation (for staff and students) and report to the Human Resources department

- Appropriate academic qualifications / degree
- Fluent English and Portuguese speaker

- Strong sense of responsibility
- Good at multitasking and prioritising
