**Your contribution to something big**:
Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany to keep the HR IT systems of Bosch running and up to date. Our team is looking for an Authorizations Consultant for Project related topics (Cloud and on-Premise SAP HR IT tools) to join our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon, assuming the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate authorization concepts within HR.
- Create and maintain authorization roles based on agreed concepts and guidelines.
- Design, build and maintain access rights model during the project’s implementation and service operations.
- Requirement’s analysis and design of system-specific authorization concepts with project leads and system owners.
- Advice and support of project managers about the requirements and solutions.
- Test and document the developed solutions as well as conduct training courses.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT departments on projects in an international context.
Project Related:
- Coordination of authorization concepts within HR;
- Requirements analysis and design of authorization concepts and system-specific authorization concepts with project leads and system owners;
- Support of project managers about the requirements and solutions.
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:
- University degree in Business Informatics or any comparable technical background.
- Project Management skills, to lead certain project work packages related to authorizations.
- Experience in Authorizations topics, both cloud and on premise, is desirable.
- Knowledge of data security, segregation of duties, risk management principles and controls are a plus.
- Experience with SAP tools is a plus.
- Very good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience working with virtual and international teams.
- Logical, structured, proactive approach to IT solutions.
- Flexibility and resiliency to adapt to a growing and fast-changing work environment.
- Proficiency in using MS office tools.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset.
