**WHAT DOES A REAL ESTATE AGENT DO?**
- Prospecting and analysing the property market;
- Focusing on property acquisition, brokerage, and sales/leasing;
- Expanding the network of clients (owners/buyers) and partners
- Monitoring the entire sales process
- Comparative market studies
- Organising and carrying out property visits
- Counselling owners and buyers throughout the process
- Empathy, support and professionalism in dealing with each client

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Commercial skills
- Customer-orientated
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial and motivated to achieve goals.
- Willing to work 100% on a fee basis.
- Availability to work in the region mentioned.
