Sourcing Coordinator

**Responsibilities - your mission:
Your main task will include:

- Coordination of the quotation step of the eRSP (Request for Stock Provisioning) process through weekly Multi Functional Teams with the eRSP managers and the procurement managers
- Follow-up the actions taken during the meeting and provide the contractual conditions to the eRSP managers when data available
- Coordinate the sourcing MFT in collaboration with procurement (PMR), manufacturing engineering (SOEM3) and supplier management team (SOPO) for structure parts (including action records & follow-up)
- Create and maintain dashboard, KPI and reporting for the 2 MFTs
- Support the project leaders in the scope of the sourcing improvement project to set up the new governance and the way of working
- Experience in improvement projects or project management or multi function coordination
- Experience or knowledge in supply chain, production or Manufacturing
- Finance basics (business case, RC, NRC, CAPEX, forecast..)
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders
- Ability to analyze and summarize
- Assertiveness and the ability to influence others
- Autonomy
- English: advanced level
