As a
** Junior Advertising Operations Specialist**, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across our network of websites. You will work closely with the Ad Operations team, Advertising sales team and PDT, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution and delivery of advertising campaigns. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in digital advertising operations within the publishing industry.
**What responsibilities will you get when working with us?**:
- Assist in the setup, implementation, and trafficking of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and ad servers.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify any issues or discrepancies, and troubleshoot to ensure optimal delivery and performance.
- Generate performance reports and provide analysis to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR) or viewability.
**What will you need to be successful in this role?**:
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Prior experience in digital advertising or ad operations is a plus, but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or coursework will be considered.
- Excel skills - can maintain complex spreadsheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
