A RE/MAX SOLUTIONS é uma agência imobiliária sediada em Lisboa, detida pelo grupo Arrow Global, empresa líder na gestão de ativos alternativos verticalmente integrados, especializada em crédito e imobiliário que, em Portugal, detém empresas como a Whitestar (gestão de crédito malparado e imobiliário), o Grupo Norfin (gestão de investimento imobiliário), a Details - Hospitality, Sports, Leisure (gestora de ativos hoteleiros e de golfe, entre outros) e a Restart Capital (recuperação de empresas).
Neste momento, a RE/MAX Solutions está em fase de expansão e, para continuar a crescer, está à procura de um(a) profissional para colaborar em regime de prestação de serviços - Real Estate Marketing Specialist.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Criar e otimizar anúncios de imóveis em plataformas especializadas (portais imobiliários, websites, redes sociais), garantindo descrições atrativas e precisas, com fotos de qualidade e informações atualizadas.
- Gerir campanhas de marketing digital em diversos canais, como portais imobiliários, redes sociais, newsletters e outras plataformas, com foco na captação de leads qualificados.
- Monitorizar e analisar o desempenho das campanhas em tempo real, ajustando os conteúdos e a segmentação para maximizar a visibilidade e a eficácia.
- Assegurar a atualização contínua dos anúncios, incluindo dados sobre preços, novas imagens ou características dos imóveis, respeitando sempre os standards da marca.
- Aplicar técnicas de SEO para otimizar o posicionamento dos anúncios e atrair tráfego qualificado.
- Produzir conteúdos criativos e diversificados para diferentes canais, como descrições de imóveis, vídeos, tours virtuais, brochuras e campanhas promocionais.
- Segmentar o público-alvo de forma eficaz, adaptando as campanhas a diferentes perfis de clientes e personalizando as mensagens conforme necessário.
- Elaborar relatórios de performance, analisando resultados e propondo estratégias de otimização contínua para melhorar a conversão.
- Colaborar estreitamente com a equipa comercial, assegurando que as estratégias de marketing estejam alinhadas com os objetivos de vendas e com as necessidades do cliente.
- Acompanhar as tendências de marketing digital, com especial foco no setor imobiliário, para garantir que as estratégias estejam alinhadas com as melhores práticas do mercado.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência prévia em marketing digital, publicidade online ou gestão de conteúdos, preferencialmente no sector imobiliário.
- Capacidade para criar conteúdos criativos e otimizados para o público-alvo, com uma escrita cuidada e atenção ao detalhe.
- Competência crítica para avaliar a eficácia das estratégias e garantir que todas as ações de marketing sejam rentáveis e alinhadas com os objetivos e posicionamento da empresa.
- Gosto e interesse pelo setor imobiliário, com capacidade de adaptação às constantes mudanças e tendências do mercado.
