- Provide support to the Recruiters and the recruitment process
- Schedule all hiring manager interviews and coordinate logistics & details (conference room booking, travel, hotels)
- Manage all expense reports (events, team expenses)
- Support on the university, internal or external careers, or recruiting events
- Employee referral tracking

- 2 years of experience in Recruitment/HR/Personal Assistant or Customer-centric related roles
