**About the job**
- The Workspace Planning Officer is expected to Design spaces, propose layouts and coordinate works according to the real estate strategy of BNP Paribas in Portugal

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Define layout projects and design spaces following internal standards
- Prepare documents and projects for RFP purposes
- Manage growth through the Space Planning management tool, confirm ramp ups, propose the best solution for the internal clients
- Propose different scenarios depending on the requests or constraints
- Manage projects with clients, make sure that their expectations are considered and reach a compromise when necessary
- Manage MyPortal tickets
- Prepare communications for the Space Planning team
- Supervise works and manage projects when necessary
- Follow purchase process (asset register, purchase order, invoices controls )

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Academic Degree in Architecture, Fine Arts or Design
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Procurement and Facilities Management
- Proficient with Autodesk Revit Architecture
- Fluency in English
- Comfortable with MS Office Tools such as MS Excel and PPT
- Great communication skills
- Be organized
- Able to understand, explain and support change
- Be able to inspire others & generate commitment
