Cosmetic Product Development - M/F
**Responsabilidades**:
Planificar, desenvolver e aprimorar fórmulas de novos produtos cosméticos, garantindo eficácia e qualidade;
Monitorizar e realizar testes laboratoriais e clínicos para assegurar a segurança e conformidade com regulamentações;
Colaborar com as equipas de pesquisa e marketing para criação de novos produtos;
Analisar tendências de mercado e identificar oportunidades para inovações no portfólio de produtos;
Analisar e otimizar processos de desenvolvimento para garantir eficiência, reduzir custos e cumprir prazos;
Preparar relatórios e fornecer insights para a gestão sobre o desempenho e possíveis melhorias;
Assegurar que todos os produtos atendam às normas de qualidade e regulamentações locais e internacionais.
**Perfil**:
Formação superior nas áreas de cosmética ou das Ciências Farmacêuticas, ou áreas similares;
Experiência prévia em desenvolvimento de produtos no setor da cosmetologia apresentando competências na redação de PIFs.
Acompanhamento da industrialização (scale-up).
Conhecimento sólido e experiência na utilização de técnicas aplicáveis à análise de produtos cosméticos.
Experiência em solução de problemas relacionados com a estabilidade de produtos.
Preferencialmente residência na área geográfica de Lisboa Norte.
Excelente comunicação e trabalho em equipa;
Atenção aos detalhes e forte capacidade analítica.
