**Funções**
- Definição da estratégia comercial para a sua unidade de negócio;
- Prospeção de mercado e angariação de novas oportunidades;
- Elaborar propostas, estabelecer planos de ação, fazer previsões e analisar criticamente todo o ciclo de vendas.
- Gestão e Acompanhamento de Consultores e Clientes;
- Elaboração de Propostas Comerciais;
- Seleção e Recrutamento de novos Colaboradores;
- Gestão e acompanhamento da equipa.

**Requisitos**
- Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia, Informática, Sistemas de Informação ou similares;
- Experiência profissional entre 2 a 3 anos em consultoria de IT;
- Domínio do inglês falado e escrito, outro idioma será um plus;
- Excelentes competências de relacionamento interpessoal, comunicação e de liderança em ambientes dinâmicos;
- Saber valorizar e acompanhar a experiência de colaboradores e gerir a carreira profissional dos mesmos;
- Capacidade de análise, organização, planeamento e na gestão de cumprimento de prazos;
- Orientação para o cliente e foco nos resultados;
- Disponibilidade para deslocações nacionais e internacionais.
