Come join usAs a solution consultant in our global software transformation project for the Business units Building and Grid-Software, you will continue to shape and implement the foundation for the state-of-the-art IT platform for the offering business in Smart Infrastructure (SI). Together with the agile team, the product owner, the solution architect, the product manager, and the development team, you will be further developing the Salesforce CPQ+ solution - a market leader in this space. Integrations and information management from disparate information systems within Siemens SI IT application landscape including interfaces to ERP and other systems will play a key role to enable end-to-end business processes.Your mission will be...Working towards identifying and eliciting the SI SW CPQ business needsProviding support to the architectural vision, planning the development activities, and making high-level design proposals aligned with the SherpaX SW architecture strategy, to meet business requirementsEvolving and maintaining the functional solution architectureBreaking down the business features into workable, manageable user storiesResearch, plan, and explain to PO’s and developers what is required and overseeing the progress and the quality of the projectWorking with the business and the development teams and acting as a bridge between themWorking closely with the SI SW CPQ architect to come up with smart and efficient IT solutionsWe are looking for someone with...3+ years’ experience with Salesforce CPQ+ as a solutions consultantKnowledge of SFDC development and/or Admin is a plus3+ years’ experience in designing/consulting in at least one large-scale SDLC international projectExperience presenting to PO’s or other decision makers design solutions and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)Orchestrating different internal and external teams on topics like interfaces/processes ending up in a common agreed solutionExperience in Agile DEVOPS SCRUMStrong team player and experience in international environmentA pragmatic mindset with output orientationFluent in English both oral and written (German is a plus)Strong focus on meeting Siemens quality guidelines (for both product and process)What you can expect from us...A hybrid and flexible working model to promote a better work-life balance, along with a budget for home office support and the opportunity to do 16 hours a year of volunteer work.
