About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cross Border Talents representative to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a customer service professional, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch support via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
