Your Role
As our Talent & Development Deployment Partner, you will support the successful integration of people solutions within your designated area of partnership. You will collaborate closely with the Head of PP (People Partner), specifically the Europe Region Head of PP, to deliver support to the Head of HR (Head of People Function) of the Europe Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with People Leadership teams to embed people solutions in line with functional strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with People Partners to ensure all people-related activities throughout the employee lifecycle are captured in the Quarterly Roadmap overview.
  • Ensure visibility of activities and adapt deployment timings as needed, considering the business's time impact/investment.
  • Provide insights for Solution Owners when planning launches.
  • Act as a single point of contact for a solution among peers, capturing all business feedback and channeling it to Solution Owners.
  • Voice of the Business: Relay real-time issues with the delivery of solutions to Solution Owners/Deployment Anchors and influence the approach where appropriate.

Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at approximately €60,000 per year, based on the location and requirements of the role. This includes a base salary and additional benefits such as performance bonuses and professional development opportunities.
