Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Customer Support Specialist to provide top-notch support to our Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally, offering product and service information, handling customer complaints, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should be a native or fluent Italian speaker (written and spoken) and have good communication skills in English. You will also need strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in customer support is beneficial but not mandatory.
