This role involves working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests, resolve queries professionally, and provide individual solutions. You will offer an omnichannel service via telephone, email, chat, and social media, developing a sound understanding of New Balance's products and services. Embracing our company values, you will act as a brand ambassador.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a fluent level of Dutch with exceptional grammar and spelling skills, a high level of English (written and spoken), a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy, strong administrative skills with attention to detail, and a professional outlook with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
We offer a competitive salary of €14,923.07 gross per year, plus incentives and bonuses for top performers. The contract includes a 2-month probation period, and you will receive 24 calendar days of paid leave per year, plus bank holidays and an extra day off. Other benefits include ongoing training and development opportunities, access to LinkedIn courses, employee assistance programs, and discounts on New Balance products.
In this hybrid role, you will work from home for 26 days per month and spend 4 days at our office in Barcelona (La Sagrera) for training and collaboration purposes.
