Job Description:
Faurecia, a leading player in the automotive industry, is seeking a skilled 1st Level Support Help Desk professional to join our innovative team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch assistance to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Triage and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues in our knowledge base.
- Contribute to product improvements and enhancements through feedback and suggestions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a SaaS or software company.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Android, web technologies, and basic programming concepts.
