Unlock Your Potential as an Application Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our Cloud Application Services Delivery Center EMEA MEE team as an Application Service Manager (ASM). This role plays a crucial part in driving customer engagement, promoting service excellence, and supporting upselling of CAS offerings.

About the Role

The ASM will be responsible for ensuring that the CAS services provided to customers meet the highest standards of quality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting CAS service quality excellence and delivering a seamless one-stop CAS experience
  • Proactively identifying optimization, innovation, adoption, and potential improvements to customer outcomes
  • Driving customer engagement and up-selling SAP's products and CAS service portfolio
  • Ensuring the successful execution of the CAS engagement
  • Collaborating closely with other SAP stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP solutions, excellent documentation, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, as well as solid problem-solving capabilities in complex environments.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in IT & Business Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer account services, relationship management, or a similar role
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in at least one SAP Solution Area (e.g., S/4 Hana – FI, MM, SuccessFactors, BTP...)
  • 3+ years of experience leading global teams as a project manager

This is a regular full-time position with 0-10% expected travel. Successful candidates may be required to undergo a background verification with an external vendor. Estimated salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per annum based on location and experience.
