Product Support Specialist for International Team

About the RoleYou will be responsible for:
- Solving complex technical issues
- Providing expert product advice to clients
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless logistics
- Conducting quality checks to deliver exceptional sales support
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish and excellent English communication skills
- Motivation, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- A drive for excellence and professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
We offer:
- A long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year
- Full-time employment (40 hours/week) with rotating shifts
- A competitive salary: €1,298 gross/month (excluding accommodation) or €1,040 gross/month (including free accommodation)
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 3 months for international candidates
- Assistance with paperwork and settling into your new environment
