Customer Support Role
At Cross Border Talents, we are seeking a skilled English Customer Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a customer support agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients, working with prestigious worldwide brands. Your mission will be to support our activities, offering the best quality service to our customers, while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Answer to inbound calls and customer inquiries
- Provide support and direction to customers and resolve customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database
- Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training
- Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (C2 Level or Native)
- Typing Speed: 20 words per minute
- Availability to work in rotating shifts
- Good computer skills
- Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Good listening and empathy skills
- Good time management skills
- Team spirit and flexibility
