Job Summary
As a Senior Contract Negotiator at Tn Portugal, you will be responsible for managing contract negotiations and document processes for various departments. This role requires strong negotiation and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract negotiations and document processes for Product Marketing, Purchasing, and Sales.
- Review, revise, draft, and negotiate customer-related volume purchase/buying group agreements, rebate agreements, and product marketing-related modifications.
- Provide advice to Sales and other related departments regarding business issues and risks.
- Negotiate Strategic Initiatives agreements.
- Assist in developing mitigation strategies and negotiate to obtain favorable contract terms.
- Identify process improvements and participate in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Research and prepare responses to RFP, RFI, and RFQs.
- Perform contract compliance functions, including the review of agreements, implementation of terms, and audit of selected databases.
- Support the Transactional Legal Team in various tasks, including termination reviews and processes, review and interpretation of contract terms, SOX/audit research, and other project work.
- Review and negotiate standard TD SYNNEX documents and agreements, such as termination letters, time purchase order agreements, and settlement agreements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Operate under normal supervision, within established guidelines.
- Exercise a medium level of independent thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Conduct negotiations under supervision or direction.
- Self-motivated, work well under stress and shifting priorities.
- Strong verbal, analytical, and writing skills.
- English mastery required.

- Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
