Buscojobs Portugal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Breakfast Restaurant Leader to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our F&B department, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our breakfast restaurant, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and maximizing revenue.

About the Role:

  • Lead the breakfast restaurant team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

What You Need:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in F&B management.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • A high level of English and Portuguese language proficiency, both written and spoken.
