David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Polish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our client's dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy, providing exceptional customer support to small and medium-sized businesses across various channels. As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch pre and post-sales support for self-service products, ensuring seamless user experiences and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Earn an estimated salary of $30,000 - $40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to clients via chat, email, and telephone
  • Deliver pre and post-sales support for self-service products
  • Improve the advertising experience and satisfaction by resolving technical issues and guiding users on the platform
  • Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards the brand and its customers

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Polish speaker, both oral and written
  • Fluent English speaker (at least B2 level)
  • Knowledge of advertisement industry is considered an advantage
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resourceful personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player

Working Conditions

  • 40 hours per week on a weekly rotational shift pattern covering line operating hours from Monday to Sunday, from 6:00 AM to 24:00
