Your RoleIn this exciting, high-impact position, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing new tactical campaign opportunities with blue-chip clients across various sectors, including FMCG, fashion, electronics, automotive, leisure, retail, financial services, and telecoms.
You will engage with marketing and brand managers at all levels to understand their unique challenges and objectives, then craft innovative TLC solutions to drive measurable results. While primarily focusing on securing 1-3 month campaign projects, you may also have the opportunity to identify and hand off larger, multi-year contract prospects to our specialist team.
What We're Looking For- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in marketing, advertising, or the customer engagement space.
- The ability to quickly understand client pain points and translate them into creative, high-impact TLC solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence decision-makers.
- A strategic mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing/advertising principles.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and passion for networking and building relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- Familiarity with loyalty, SaaS, media, or other B2B sectors is a bonus.
