We are seeking a skilled Dutch-speaking Customer Support professional to join our team in Portugal.

Job Summary

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support via various communication channels, ensuring timely resolution of cases, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers through phone, chat, and email in Dutch and English
  • Monitor and resolve cases efficiently, focusing on quick resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with partners, demonstrating empathy and effective communication skills
  • Work towards achieving targets set by both the client and the company, promoting a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Dutch, with proficient English communication skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge and technical skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Team-oriented, with a focus on collaboration and continuous learning
