At Siemens S.A., we're committed to creating a better tomorrow with innovative technology. As a Senior IT Service Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our digital transformation and ensuring the smooth operation of our business applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure end-to-end responsibility for COF Global Document production application ExStream, coordinating, managing, and supporting system developments as required and according to agreed business requirements.
  • Align internal staff and 3rd party consultants to develop and maintain assigned systems/applications, working to agreed quality and security standards.
  • Proactively maintain and support business applications in conjunction with Support/Systems teams, aiming for the highest user experience and no unplanned downtime.
  • Drive digitalization and system automation with the best cost-benefit ratio, and/or as per business requirements.
  • Establish programs of continual service improvement and strategic planning across the wider service delivery function.
  • Communicate, collaborate, and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders on application status, planning, and information sharing.
  • Ensure support teams are properly trained, skilled, and educated in matters of relevance for supporting business and service continuation.
  • Ensure system compliance, including system security (CERT), and alignment to local regulations, SfeRA, ITGC requirements, and other applicable standards.
  • Continually look to increase new technologies integration and process improvement, identifying opportunities to increase process and economic efficiency within the team and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a comparable technical field of study.
  • 5+ years' experience in a technical and managerial role with business process, system architecture, preferably in a financial services company.
  • Microsoft Operating System Support skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Analytical skills, information processing, strong critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Organized and result-oriented work style, with a strong sense of quality awareness.
  • Self-driven and self-learner, able to understand amounts of information focusing on relevant items.
  • Fluent business English language skills (speaking and writing).
