Job Description

A Client Engagement Services Representative will assist Nestlé customers in resolving questions and concerns related to our products and services via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Identifying customer needs and guiding them on using specific product features
  • Informing customers about new features, functionalities, and campaigns
  • Ensuring issues are resolved by following up with customers
What Will Make You Successful

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Fluent spoken and written knowledge of German, French, and English languages
  • Ability to adapt tone and voice to different brands and channels
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with the Nestlé industry is an asset
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
Compensation and Benefits
