We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Sales and Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves supporting clients and customers while providing exceptional customer service and sales support for various international companies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing consultation services to clients regarding their queries and concerns.
  • Achieving high levels of client satisfaction through quality and results-driven approach.

In the Sales role, your daily tasks will involve:

  • Developing business relationships with existing accounts for sustained growth.
  • Maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued accessibility to strategies and competitor information.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities within existing account portfolios.
  • Tracking and managing ongoing sales pipeline activity.
  • Focusing on driving benefits through proactive administration.
  • Responding to client inquiries and providing solutions.

In the Customer Support role, your daily tasks will include:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent interaction with the customer service department.
  • Actively listening to customers with a positive mindset and professionalism.
  • Providing accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media.
  • Offering troubleshooting assistance to resolve customer issues related to system configurations and network settings.
  • Collaborating with other departments to redirect relevant cases and issues.
  • Contributing to the success of your department.
  • Ensuring consistency in brand messaging by focusing on product availability and quality.
  • Providing account and application support to users regarding software functionality.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Native-level Dutch language proficiency and fluency in English (B2 level may be sufficient depending on the client).
  • A valid school diploma or bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in Customer Service or Sales, or a strong interest in these areas.
  • Customer-oriented and quality-driven mindset.
  • Strategic thinking skills.
  • Perfectionism and a commitment to excellence.
  • Effective communication and active listening skills.
  • Motivation and dedication to a new challenge.

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive package that includes:

  • Relocation support for foreign applicants, including accommodation for up to one year.
  • Annual salary conditions ranging from €14,500 to €20,000 gross, depending on the relocation package and offer.
  • Type of contract: constant renewable 1-year contract.
  • Training: 1-5 weeks, depending on experience and project requirements.
  • Additional perks for international candidates, such as flight refunds, airport pickups, and yearly two-way flight tickets back to their home country within the EU.
