Job Description:
Plummy Games is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team in Chisinau, Moldova. The right candidate will be responsible for handling all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, including preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and legal documents in compliance with local regulations.
  • Invoice Processing: Coordinate invoice processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Policy Development: Support the development, communication, and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on HR data on request.
  • Project Participation: Participate in other HR projects as needed.

Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: 1+ years in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of HR practices, Estonian/Moldovan labor laws, and payroll processes. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency with HRIS systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+).
  • Personal Qualities: Proactivity: A self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently. Understanding the specifics of HR Management in a small company. A passion for the gaming industry.
